My heart rate won’t show up on my Fitbit charge 2, I’ve tried everything that it says to do in the web, but it doesn’t work.  It’s been this way ever since I got it.

@Zshack Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

 

Let me help you with your heart rate data on your Charge 2. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. After this turn off the heart rate, save and sync then turn it to auto and save and sync. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
