My Charge HR stopped tracking heart rate history three days ago. Before that there were no problems. I have tried synchronising several times, I have set up the device as a new device, I have plugged into laptop and restarted device by pushing button for > 12 seconds (version 102 displayed). No luck. I have call notifications "on". Can anyone help?

Welcome aboard to our community @DavoMonday. I curious to know if you are able to see the green light below your tracker of the Heart rate sensor? You can try to turn off your Heart rate from your device settings and turn it on again.
If you are seeing the lights note that wearing your band tightly may constrict blood flow in your wrist and affect the signal. I also recommend experimenting with how high you place the tracker on your wrist. When you're not exercising, wearing the tracker as you would a watch (just above the wrist bone) typically works fine. Because blood flow in your arm increases the farther up you go, moving the tracker up a couple inches can be helpful particularly during exercises that cause you to bend your wrist frequently. If nothing of this seems to be the issue, my suggestion is to contact our support team.
Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around.

I am having this same problem with a new HR I got for Xmas - everything syncs on the Dashboard execpt I have never seen any heart rate data and that is the only reason I was given this product???

I had the exact same problem, but I JUST managed to get it to show up again. FWIW, I also wasn't getting sleep info in the app.
I think the problem is an incomplete sync, and that HR (and maybe sleep) sync later in the process than steps. I noticed that at some point my tracker stopped syncing "all day" (maybe at the last update?). I re-enabled "all day" syncing, then kept the app active (no going to sleep) until a single full sync completed. It took a long time - maybe 8-10 minutes - but once it completed my old HR info for the past few days + my sleep info all showed up. So it was all still in my tracker, but it never completed syncing the info to the app.

Welcome to our community @Jman2150, @mickstuder and @bethanye.
Thank you for the update my friend @DavoMonday. Then, I encourage you to contact customer support. I'm sure they will be happy to help you to investigate the behavior of your tracker and find a solution . I think we have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting steps. Just make sure to let them know all the steps you have taken.
Regard the issue you are experiencing @Jman2150, @peanut15 and @mickstuder I recommend a restart as @DavoMonday mentioned above and to follow the steps I mentioned on my post. Note that it can take a few attempts to make it work. Something else to take in consideration would be like my friend @bethanye said. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Catch ya later my friends.

May be cause for a separate post but my heart rate data is not being displayed on the web-accessed dashboard, that is I see the HR tile on the dashboard but cannot display the particular HR graphs for the individual days. The Sleep tile gives me a "see more" when I hover over that one and can see the sleep graphs and zoom in on the individual sleep periods/times awake etc.
I can see the required data if I sync to my laptop then sync my (unsupported) Huawei P8 Lite phone. I can't, however, view the individual heart rate points on the Win10 Fitbit app either so still have to refer back to my phone.
Hardly an ideal practice.
Any ideas?
