At first my charge 2 stopped counting calories. I sent an email and was told to clean the leds. 

 

Now it won't record my heart rate. Thats the only reason I have a fitbit. 

 

I've done all the troubleshooting that has been suggested by tech support and am pissed off that what I bought no longer works.

I have the same problem.  My heart rate is not be recorded.

Good day 

My heartrate stopped working all of sudden when I out exercising....

All of a sudden..

I have rebooted the watch several times.cleaned the led. Afor several seconds a faint green tone came back on to the little 2dots.and that's it ... anything else I can do to repair it..
