Anyone else having this issue? I constantly look at my Charge 3 throughout the day so I know it has a good measurement. I've never looked at it and had it not show me what my pulse is doing. But when I sync I am missing huge chunks of data. Days worth.
My Charge 2 never did this. It also knows what my sleep pattern was during this period so it isn't that all the data is gone, just the heart rate data. For instance, I have data for Thurs Jan 4th and then nothing until today January 8th missing the 5th, 6th, and 7th. So my heart related exercise and resting rate data are not present for me to evaluate. And here is the funny thing. When I look at today's data it starts at midnight. As if magically my Fitbit started tracking at midnight where there is no data at 11:59 the day before. It almost seems more like an app problem but how can I tell? How can I see the raw data from the Fitbit to see if the data are actually present on the device?

Welcome to the Community, @Leslie_E.
Thanks for the information provided. Can you please provide me with a screenshot of your heart information? Also, is this the only information that isn't syncing completely?.
I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

I have and come to doubt the accuracy. I can tell the ballpark if my heart rate so we tested this with my boyfriend's fitbit. His in the left is accurate, mind in the right lost its mind:
You can see the time on mine. We rebooted using settings and the problem persists. Defective?

I've question HR accuracy since I first put the C3 on my wrist (12/25/19). HR is way high. A friend is having the same issue.
Another issue that I am wondering if others are having: the app only displays my resting HR. I am almost certain that it was monitoring it in near-real-time up until about a week ago. I have checked with a friend and his is working properly the HR goes up and down in near-real-time (even though the HR is too high to be accurate). On my app, the HR changes maybe once per day . . . floats around 72 / 73.
Anyone have a similar experience?

Update: I went through the process of pairing a new device. The near-real-time HR is displaying. We'll see how long it stays that way.
