My Fitbit screen is getting a little messed up... there are a few glitchy lines across the screen.
And it is saying my heart rate is between 130-165 all day. How do I fix at least the issue with the heart rate?
I tried restarting it but it didn’t help.

Hi @rachalrowney, while it probably is the Charge 3 that’s inaccurate, have you taken your pulse rate just to be sure? I felt fine but discovered my pulse was 175 bpm, which put me in a hospital until they could regulate it.

Mine is doing the SAME THING. Says my heart rate is 132bpm... all day and all night. Says I am burning in excess of 6k calories per day. Has been doing this for almost a week. And Yes, Fritzmom, I have checked my heart rate and it is 72bpm. If my heart were going at 132bpm all day every day for a week I would be dead.

@Megamommy , I didn’t die. Discovered I suffer from Atrial Flutter. My HR was super high for a long time and I spent just about a week in the hospital with it super high until they could get it down to normal. And all that time I felt fine. I’m on meds to keep it down, and one of the reasons I got a Charge 3 was to put my hr monitor away and use a fitness tracker to track my hr. Too bad I can’t read it outside when I’m walking!
But I’m glad that it’s the Charge 3 that’s inaccurate and you don’t have a high HR.
