Heart rate is varying in fitbit app even when I am not wearing my charge 2.

It is upwards of 150.

Here’s what I already tried.

1. Restart app > resync fitbit

2. Restart fitbit > Restart app > resync

Both didn't work.

Have I been getting wrong data all this while.

Looking forward to your reply.

I already tried the following:

1. Switch HR setting to off and sync.
2. Switch HR setting to Auto and sync.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds before checking heart rate again
 4. Restart your Charge 2

please advise on next steps.

@ParasKampasi Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Heart Rate data is varying. Could you share some examples? Where are you seeing these changes? A screenshot would be really helpful. Also which phone are you using? Which OS version is it running?

*Edit: I found your second post with the included screenshots so I merged them with this thread. Based on this new information I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I look forward to your reply!

Screenshots of the app are already attached.

device: iPhone 8
OS: ios 12.1.2
Fitbit version: 22.55.2
These changes can be seen both on the device and app. This leads me to believe it is hardware related.
