My Fitbit 3 vibrated at 5:30AM and alerted me to a rapid heart rate of 180.  It then proceeded me to take deep breathes and told me when to be still. I took my medication to slow my heart rate and when my rate slowed, it notified me that it was stabilizing between 87-75. Is this a feature on Fitbit?  Has anyone had this experience?

Not sure how new or high wide spread this feature is. Last month I was in a beta test of this feature.

Perhaps they allowed a number of Fitbit 3 owners to experience this feature. I definitely would be interested. I am surprised they haven’t asked what experiences people had with this. Thanks for the info.
