Heart rate monitoring next morning

Hi all,

I'm new here, using the Charge 2 and an iPhone 7 plus.

As app I use Strava and Endomondo, until I decide witch app will do best for me/us/

However, my question is: Can I see/monitoring my heart rates the next morning?

And if so how do I do that?

I want to see what my rates are during the night/sleep.

Thanks CeeJee

@CeeJee  Welcome to the forums!  Tap on the heart rate tile on your phone dashboard.  Tap on any day and you will see your heart rate data for that day.  You also have access to all heart rate data recorded.  If you are on detailed data, you will see two arrows pointing away from each other.  Tap the arrows and you can see the data in landscape orientation.  Tap the arrows to get back to portrait orientation.

As you look at Resting Heart Rate for the Past 30 days, notice that you can swipe it to the left.  This is where you see a Cardio Fitness Score.  It is reported as a range, unless you do a GPS connected run of 10 minutes or more.  Swipe to the left once more and you will see how much time spent in each heart rate zone for the last 30 days.  Swipe right to get back.

Thx, because I just bought the C2 yesterday, there is not yet enough data to see back.

I'm gonna try it the next days.
