My Charger 2 has suddenly quit picking up my heart rate. I see others have posted on the same issue but didn’t see a solution. How can this be resolved?

@Lbutler Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not reading your heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
