Heart rate not recording

Shows as - - next to the heart rate and has done so since 3 days ago. Fitbit isn’t calculating the correct calories after my workout.. sleep is still being recorded but way more than I normally sleep. 2 green sensor lights are working still. Have restarted my Fitbit 6 times nothing? Help...

Let me share with you that your device isn't recorded the correct amount of calories because of the heart rate situation. Once we resolve this, your calories burned concern will be solved.
