Dear Fitbit. It appears that i am not alone with the lack of heart rate tracking during exercise as it was previously available/logged prior to the July 2019 updates.
Can you please release and make known how to reinstall the previous "good" workings of the fitbit app/firmware, so that we can have a log of the heart rate details for the exercise sessions as was previously the case.
This is currently taking too long to fix (if it is being address) and i would rather use a version that had the feature that is now lacking.

@Mike697 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your missing heart rate. This issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will have a fix soon for all users. Still I appreciate your patience in this matter. Regarding the possibility of going back to a previous version currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
Let me know how it goes.
