My app had not shown anything for heart rate for 2 weeks now.  It had always been pretty hit and miss but not this bad.  I can see heart rate data under my workouts but that's it.  Have googled and cleared the cache and re started phone etc but still nothing.

@Endo1 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Do you see the heart rate on your tracker? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hr showing on tracker and in app under my workouts - but not under heart rate. Today Sunday's data is showing - its the first time in 2 weeks.  I have logged out and restarted phone a number of times but hasn't helped.

I have a problem with heart rate data not showing in my app. Posted about this on the 11th. Had a reply from a moderator on the 13th asking me to send a screen shot of the problem which i did - and have heard absolutely nothing since.  Pretty unimpressed with fitbit support.
