Resting heart rate appearing on fitbit app but no heart rate on fitbit itself. Have been wearing it all day and did a 5k and never picked up on the heart rate in summary

@majellac It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing the heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
