Heart rate not showing on the Fitbit App - Charge 3

My Fitbit was working fine up to about a month ago and now it's not showing the heart beat on the app but it's showing on the device.

Hello @Debi6771. Welcome to the community forums! 

Please make sure that the Heart Rate tile wasn't removed or hidden on the Fitbit App. For this, please follow the steps below: 

1. On the Today tab, tap Edit 
2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add > tap Add. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
3. Tap Done.

If that is not the case, please remove the tile and add it back, but if the inconvenience still persists, I recommend performing the following troubleshooting steps: 

- Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
