I have had my Fitbit for 14 months. Last week the heart rate just quit tracking. I have tried cleaning it, resetting it, turning the HR off and on in the app and nothing works. Then last week 2 days after the heart rate quit working the battery started fully draining in less than 24 hours. I have to charge it every morning just to be able to wear it during the day. I use to be able to go 5 to 6 days without charging it. It is not that old. It should not be having these problems. Has anyone else experienced this after owning it for just a year? Any suggestions on anything else I can try?

Add me to the list. Mine stopped tracking my heart rate last night. The rapid battery discharge started two days ago. This seems to be more than just a coincidence that 3 of us are having the same problems at the same time. Has Fitbit updated the operating system?

I am having exactly the same problem. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips given online and none worked. I just finish chatting with Customer Support and they were not helpfull.
