Heart rate not working on my Charge 2

I have a Charge 2. I am no longer getting heart rate info which also means only basic sleep info. I have done all suggestions in help with no luck.

I have tried all the help suggestions from the app and website except deleting the app and reinstalling or going back to factory settings. That seems drastic when everything was working until about 2 weeks ago and even then it sometimes works. I even did the restart - got the "I needed that" message so it must have worked. What now?

My heart rate began working again a little while after the reset. Not sure if that is what did it or if just one of those technical glitches. Thank You for the suggestions, Ruth
