Hi all,
I have been using my charge 2 for a year and a half now. Today the heart rate on the monitor stopped showing any reading. It is just the "-". I tried troubleshooting following instructions from Fitbit online. But still not working. Anyone here can help? What is the lifespan of the fitbit? It is time to buy a new one?

@HoneyLemon It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your heart rate sensor isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves. Additionally turn off the HR sensor, save and sync then turn it to auto, save and sync again.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for you help. The problem is the green light on the back of the tracker doesn't flash anymore which is the reason HR monitor stopped working. What suggestion do you have in this case?
