Over the last few months there have been a bunch of updates to solve issues around syncing/gps-pairing etc. I am very happy with the updates as my runs are now tracked reliably and the distance measured is much more accurate BUT heart rate monitoring has gone a bit mad - my V02 score has mysteriously dropped from 63 > 57 in a couple of weeks and I can see this is because Fitbit thinks my heart rate is about 30% higher than it used to be when exercising. I know it's over-reading as it is telling me I'm in peak heart rate zone when I'm just cruising/jogging and I've double checked against a few treadmills which confirms it is way out i.e. Fitbit says 155bpm, treadmill says 122bpm.
Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your high heart rate readings on your Charge 2. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Also really happy to hear that your other features specially the GPS data is working better for you now.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks @AlvaroFitbit . That seems to have helped a bit, my heart rate readings have calmed down now and reflect my running effort, although they do go mad every so often.
