Heart rate sensor lights not turning off on Charge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For some reason the heart rate sensor lights on my Charge 2 just wouldn't turn off. They are glowing brightly and as a result of it the battery is draining out in a matter of few hours. Also the Fitbit has stopped sensing the heart beat. Anyone else facing a similar problem?

Already tried resetting the Fitbit and turning on and off the heart rate sensing. Its presently on auto . Even if I turn it off from the settings the lights don't seem to turn off15656100857272374701201154175913.jpg

Did you ever get a solution for this problem?  My Charge 2 is doing the same.  Not turning off at all.

I did have a chat with the customer care regarding this. But the only
option they had was to change the device. Since my fitbit was out of the
guarantee / warranty period nothing could be done .
