Heart rate sensors not turning on

Tried rebooting multiple times my app shows heart rate as on. The sensors on reverse side no longer light up.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Charge 2 prior to posting. Support team informed me that they already providing you with assistance regarding this situation.
