Over the past couple of days my Fitbit has not been keeping its charge and tonight I put it on a charge and after it was charged the back of the Fitbit is a constant light green colour and stays on constantly.  Dies anyone have the same problem?  Jackie x

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To resolve the uncommon behavior if the heart rate sensors of your Charge 2, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.
