My  Charge2 heart beat function was gone

I have already restart th3 device and turn charge 2 heart beat dection to AUTO, but still now work.

And I also notice that the green light stop sparkling, is it my charge 2 malfunction?

Can anyone knows what to do ?

Seems odd that the heart rate sensors of your Charge 2 are not working as the way we designed them, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. Let me share with you that a ticket was created on your behalf to receive further assistance directly with them.
