Can anyone help? For the past 2 nights my heart rate has unusually risen when I have been asleep. 112bpm and 132bpm it then goes back to normal. I am slightly worried. Sorry I can't add a photo as I don't know how lol

I don't know why your question is pegged as "Answered" --- nobody answered you with good info.  This forum's usefulness is questionable.
