Heart rate stopped working - Charge 4

Heart rate and sleep score have stopped working. Also, calories used suddenly ridiculous.

Could you tell me if the green LEDs are blinking?

Have you restarted your Charge 4?

On the settings on the Charge 4  turn the heart rate off. Sync the tracker 

Turn the heart rate on again and don't forget to sync afterwards.
