noticed my Charge 3 was giving me some very strange numbers two days ago. It had me exercising for more than six hours and burning more than a thousand calories more than I ever do. That’s when I noticed my heart rate was recorded almost exclusively in the red and orange zones for a good portion of the day. After a minor panic attack, I took my pulse: it was half of what my Charge 3 was telling me at that moment. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting - HR off, rest, HR on, plugging it in, cleaning it - but nothing has helped. Not coincidentally, my sleep hasn’t been tracked in detail for three nights now - no awake, light sleep, REM, or deep sleep. I’m not doing anything differently. I’m not wearing it differently. It’s glitching. Anyone else run into this recently?

Mine has been doing the very same. It has my resting heart rate at around 90 bpm. I have tried everything to fix it as well with no luck.

I'll resurrect this thread. My Charge 2 shows a resting heart rate of 120, 300 active minutes while I sleep 5 hours, and burning 10,000 calories per day. The last number is encouraging because it means I can really pig out over the holidays by eating an entire pumpkin pie with every meal! But before I do that I'll see if there are any new ideas

Mine too. Have posted here with no reply from moderators, reached out to them cia DM who logged a ticket three days ago but no reply from tech support.
Wondering if OP can update us on outcome! I’d love to know what worked for them!
Thanks!
