Is anyone else's working?
My device is Charge 2, app v 4.30.
It's not been working since the flurry of updates earlier in the year, just shows 0 for everything despite me doing exercise which takes me into vigourous/peak most days.

@joggerj I am using the terminology from Fitbit's Legacy Device Help article. You will have to wait and see if Fitbit fixes that bug for you.
This app update affected older records, too. I reviewed some of my older exercise records for a different reason. My records from my Charge HR, Charge 2, Ionic, and original Versa are all 100% light now. These all gave active minutes, not active zone minutes.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

You're lucky to get that as most of us who are complaining, don't.

Hello people, I have made an interesting discovery: if you go into the workout section of your fitbit app, and select the individual day's activity, then select each one e.g. 'walk' the heartrate zone times will get displayed as expected. For some unknown reason we cannot see these zones displayed in the home screen. Happy now...
