I changed from a Charge3 to Charge4 and my heart rate zones suddenly are higher by 5-7 bpm. It’s significant at 74 years in age.
resting was. 53bpm, now is 57
fatburn was 74bpm to 103: now is 90to 111
cardio was 103 to 125 now is 112 to 132. Can I reset Fitbit Charge4.

With the change from Charge 3 to Charge 4 you also changed from Active Minutes to Active Zone Minutes and with that a change in the way the zones are calculated. With the Charge 4 it now takes into account our fitness levels and many of us have found that this has made it harder to reach the zones. There's a good help file on this which shows the calculations used. See https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379.htm
I'm afraid the Charge 4 cannot be changed to use the old zone calculations.

Thanks Steve. Although the new settings are higher, I should appreciate that in itself. It’s quite difficult for me but the bar has been raised so, the days I do achieve those goals are very satisfying for sure. Thanks for your feedback. Much appreciated.
