I know there is another topic but since the question is not answered, I am asking again.
I have switched off the notifications in my app and on my Fitbit, but I still get the buzzes. It’s super annoying. I will send the Fitbit back if this cannot be fixed. I want to focus on my workout and look at my heart rate afterwards, not being interrupted during the workout. Please fix this problem.

I came here because I am still getting the zone minute notifications NOT during an activity - the one where you get the disco ball and it says '150' or whatever. I have zone minute notifications turned off but apparently these other notifications are separate, and I don't know how to turn them off.
Have you tried this to turn off zone notifications during activities:
On your fitbit, swipe all the way to settings, find "active zone minute notifications" and turn ON.
Go all the way back to the main screen, then swipe to 'exercise', then swipe up for EACH exercise to turn off heart rate notifications - though I discovered that for the 'yoga' exercise you cannot turn them off. There may be others where you get notifications whether you like it or not! I use 'workout' 'walk' 'hike' 'treadmill' and I could turn them off for each of those - but not 'yoga'. Which is stupid. Who wants their watch buzzing during yoga???
Then go back to settings on your fitbit and turn "active zone minute notifications" OFF.
That took care of the problem of zone notifications during activites for me, though I would like to know how to turn them ALL off.

That is crazy, but I'm giving it a try. Thanks for the info.
