This is 2 weeks now that my heartrate monitor stopped during my workout. Sometimes it would restart when I reboot the tracker. The longest time it stopped is 2 days, then it started up again.

The other ongoing issue is dark lines across the top of the tracker, making it difficult to read. 

I've done the short and long restarts for the tracker. 

This is frustrating

I have the same problem. Mine stopped tracking heart rate during exercise months ago! Even after updating tracker.
