Noticing during sustained exercise that heartrate monitor has increasingly become intermittently unreliable. As example, on elliptical for 30 minutes, and heartrate tracks perfectly, but then displayed pulse starts randomly dropping even while exercise continues at same pace. Ruled out Bluetooth interference, and battery charge as possible cause. How can I fix this?

@Witzy2022 , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your message and for trying to find a solution.
Have you tried wearing the Charge 4 a bit tighter or looser during the workout?
Try wearing the tracker so that the display is on the back side of your wrist during your training. Here is easier to recognize the heart rate,
Also please have a look at this: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
See you around

Thx for the feedback; next time I will try it with the face of the watch on the inside, not the outside, and see if that helps. I had the same problem again, since my original post and tried to wipe off the back of the watch. That might have helped...?
