Heartrate sensor stay on all the time even when not on arm

Why does my heartrate sensor stay on all the time even when I take it off for the night? Phone calls are showing the last person I talked to not the actual person that is calling. How can I fix this?

@Donnaker2956 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Thank you for your inquiries. For the heart rate sensor, it could be that it is in the On setting. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it to Auto save and sync again.

Regarding the call notifications, the team is aware of this issue and working on finding a solution. I do appreciate your patience in this matter.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you so much, turning the heartrate off and syncing then back on
worked, it was in auto I cut that off then put back to auto and the sensor
lights now go off like supposed to. Now if they can find out how to get the
actual person calling to show up instead of the last person I talked to.
Again thank you so much, I thought I was going to have to buy a new Fitbit.
