Hi,

My workplace are doing challenges using the heiaheia app I have tried to connect my fitbit but it keeps saying 'in order to connect the device, you need to grant access to your data in the fitbit service' . Does anybody know what I need to do?

@AdinaJade Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Thank you for your inquiry. Usually you will need to go to the third party app and search for Fitbit integration (you will need to consult with the developer how this is presented) then log into your Fitbit account through that app and you will grant access to the third party app. Once this is done both accounts should communicate with each other.
