I hope someone can help me. I have an Honor 9 Lite and a Fitbit Charge 2. Since moving away from my iPhone my Fitbit will not connect to my 9 Lite. I have gone through all the set up several times, given permission to use whatever needed and still it won’t sync on its own, show me incoming calls etc. I am getting very annoyed. All I have now is an expensive digital watch. I have looked at the various suggestions here and tried the firmware update idea but still nothing. Can anyone please suggest something that will work!
Thanks.

@SunsetRunner Your phone is not on the list of compatible devices. From the list, there are Bluetooth issues that make some Huawei P series Lite phones incompatible. I don't know if this extends to the Honor Lite series.
I think you should contact Support for guidance.

Thank you very much for your reply. I’m still trying to get it to work and I can receive a test notification from my app. I will do as you suggest and contact support. The wonders of technology eh!
Thanks again.

Called support line and managed to get issue resolved. Well for about 10 seconds. Now I’m back to square one. Another call to support line needed I think. Very frustrating.

This is my first Fitbit watch and it will definitely be my last. Spent most of my evening on live chat again last night. Managed to get notifications working but as soon as the call ended with the customer service agent it stopped working. Again. How odd.
I have read so many different issues with your products on this forum. You are either in the high tech market or your not. Get your act together Fitbit.
