I am a Fitbit user. I have the Versa limited edition and recently bought a Fitbit versa 2 for my mother in law. We purchased the Fitbit on the 17th November and still haven’t received it (30th November). We contacted the customer service twice via live chat and spoke with Anna and Rafael N. Each time when we finally got a solution planned out we kept getting disconnected as if they didn’t want to follow through. They told us the Fitbit had got lost and we should try to contact the courier which we were having no luck with and Fitbit themselves couldn’t seem to get in contact with them either. Anna suggested that Fitbit would send us a new Fitbit watch and we would receive it by the 25TH DECEMBER. After we got cut off again I decided to ring the Fitbit company in America to which the customer service agent just kept asking to repeat myself and was not helpful at all. There was no help from the customer service team at all and the problem never got fixed by them nor did they try to contact us back. After trying to contact the courier multiple times we finally got through to find out that Fitbit NEVER gave the correct address, eir/zip code or our contact number to the courier service therefore our package could not be delivered. Customer service is appalling and not helpful. If Fitbit have chose a courier company to deliver their packages it is their responsibility to put the correct details on the package and not inform the customer that they must find the package themselves. Fitbit guaranteed delivery in 4-5 business days and it is now 11 business days and still no package. I would recommend buying your Fitbit on a third party website and not from the website directly if you need the product by a certain time.
