Horizontal black lines on Charge 3 display

Hi, I see lines on Charges screen. I have already restarted it and also changed the clock face. It is really not usable. Appreciate your feedback on other options available to fix it.

As you've already tried the restart it sounds like you need to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
