Hi, My Fitbit Charge 3 is 11 months, and last week it got horizontal lines across the screen. It is now very difficult to read the display. I have tried restart and other tips, but nothing works. And as this not enough, the dealer here in Norway has gone bankrupt. What am I doing?

Please can I recieve some help too, this too has happened to my fitbit and have tried both short and long reset and neither has worked, I am now unable to read therefore use my fitbit at all at the moment. It is a year old and seems to happen alot at this age.... Disappointing.

I have had an email sent saying a replacement has been ordered and will take 4 days.....its been longer and nothing.....can this please be looked into and confirmed that it has been sent ......I have now no fitbit at all as the screen is completely gone now

A year on from this thread and I find I am having the same issues. Grey lines vertically and black lines horizontally. I have now had Fitbit a year and my first experience of such an item...am disappointed
