Hi all, so sometimes when I sync my Fitbit (charge 3) to my phone one of the categories syncs incorrectly. For example today I completed my 9 active hours according to my tracker but when it synced it only said 4 active hours completed. I tried turning Bluetooth on and off and then syncing it again but it didn’t change? Hopefully we can find an answer!
