Hourly activity goal information not matching on Fitbit App and Charge 3

Every week, normally more than once, what my Fitbit Charge 3 says is not being recorded when synced with my account. I just checked and I have done 4 of 10 x250 steps per hour so far today and only 2 have been credited. Sometimes my walks are either not transferred at all or show much shorter times. I will keep posting!
