Before one of you moderators state the obvious yes I am aware that this subject has been brought up elsewhere. Rather than have my complaint, because that's what it is, drowned out on another thread I chose to start this one.
I own a Fitbit Charge 3. It's not even a year old. My problem is that your app won't sync my hourly step count correctly. I've had days where it will sync 10/10 hours but more and more it won't. Today (2/4/2020) it synced 10/10 then resync'd and dropped it to 5/10 immediately after it synced 10/10. My Charge 3 shows 10/10 every time.
I've followed the advice given on other threads concerning this issue but it hasn't fixed it. Yesterday (2/3/2020) it synced 9/10 hours when I had 10/10 on my Charge 3. I'm tired of this issue and it's apparent that others are as well. If this problem continues I will drop Fitbit as my Fitness Tracker and go with another. I've been using a Fitbit for a number of years and never had a problem with any of my trackers until recently.
I do not wish to change to a new, and unfamiliar, tracker but if Fitbit cannot take this issue serious enough to fix it then you will leave me no other option. I'm sure others are about to drop Fitbit as well due to the apparent desire to only accept our money for your product while seeming to ignore this long running issue with your app and it's inability to sync correctly. Please do not tell me I need to do this, that or something else. As stated above I've followed every suggestion I found on your website and have yet to get a solution to this problem.

My Charge 3 shows 6 of 10 hours meeting my goal today; the app on my iPhone 7 shows 4 of 10 hours. This has happened more than once and is frustrating. I have restarted Charge 3, and phone. Nothing works.
