Today, for reasons unknown my Charge 3 is not syncing hourly steps or active minutes to the app, although it is syncing overall steps number and it has given me an exercise day! Anyone else had this problem and know how to rectify it. My charge is telling me I have 9 of 9 hours of 250 steps but the app is only saying 2 of 9 hours. Most frustrating!
