Hourly goal tile doesn't match

This has started in past 2 months and not every day. Today my charge 2 is showing I have completed 4 of the hours 250 steps. My app is showing I have completed 3 of my hourly steps. Is there some thing I need to  sync?

Let me share with you that we’re aware of this situation and working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible, our apologies for any trouble this may cause to you. We appreciate your patience while we work to identify a resolution as soon as we can. In the meantime, I recommend you to try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that the operating system of your phone is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
