Have had my charge 4 for almost a year now, and it has always shown the progress of how many steps of the 250 hourly goal I've done so far. Then a little vibration confirmation if it's the last 10 minutes of the hour and I succeed.
For some reason it isnt showing me the count anymore, just a dot that either shows up if I hit the mark, or doesnt if I missed it. How do I get it to show me the count again?

@JMZ-Rabbit , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message.
Just to avoid misunderstandings and to confirm, on the Charge 4 the dots are not filling up, when achieving the 250 steps/hour or you don't see the tile on the tracker at all?
After syncing, do you see the progress on the Fitbit app?
See you around.

Hi Juan,
I see the tile (on both my fitbit and app) for the hourly steps. at beginning of day 0 of 8, and the ring of dots.
Up until this past week, when I would look, it would say 120 of 250 (example). Showing me the progress on the current hour until I either hit 250 (where it would fill the dot on the circle), or if I missed it, leave it blank. As of this weekend and moving forward there is no longer a progress count for each hour. It only shows the 0 of 8 and the ring, filling dots when I hit the 250 steps for that hour. It also doesnt show the count in the app anymore either.
I would like to have the progress counter back for each hour, as I found it far more helpful than just a blank space and me walking and repeatedly checking my wrist.

@JMZ-Rabbit , Nice to see you back. Thank you for your reply and for your explanation.
Please sync your Charge 4.
Restart the Charge 4.
On the app turn the reminders to move off.How do I turn reminders to move on or off on my Fitbit device?
Sync your Charge 4 and turn the reminders on again.
Don't forget to sync the Charge 4 afterwards.
See you around.
