the time wont change it is stuck on Hawaii time not sure why never been.  I have it set to the right time zone but the time wont change.

@susacam Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for taking the time to post your inquiry on this thread regarding the time on your tracker. Thanks for changing the time zone to the correct one.

 

If the time is not changing; means your tracker is not syncing. First, make sure the time zone is still on the correct one. Check the steps here for more details on this. Then, please try these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. This should certainly help you out with this.
