My Fitbit app tracks resting heart rate, how can I get it to track a more continuous heart rate?

Can you please be more specific about what would you like to see? You can see your live heart rate from your Fitbit app, you just need to have your phone's Bluetooth and location on.

Greetings

Whether Swimming or Cycling I would like to have a screen view of a Full Screen of the current HR continuously displayed.

I keep track of my own interval floors and ceilings.

I hope this clarifies
