My Fitbit charge 3 screen went black. After several attempts to fix--I decided to purchase a Fitbit charge 4.
Here is my problem: I want to get the data from my charge 3 and put it onto my new charge 4. I need a code and I can not get it because the charge 3 screen is black.
How do I get my code so I can keep all my data?

Hi @Disneyfan70 each time you sync, that data is stored on the Fitbit servers. You can change phones or devices and that data remains. You'll just set up with a new device on an existing account and the steps continue. click to learn how.
