How can I see data over time for my Cardio Heart Rate Zone?

I'm working on improving my ability to exercise in my Cardio Heart Rate Zone, 70-85% of Max Heart Rate. I'm trying to do a workout within that range every day.

 

What I'd love to see is a graph or table of just that one HR zone so that I can check I'm doing enough of the higher level activities to reach my health goals..

 

I can find a tile on my dashboard that gives a chart for all the Heart Rate Zones added together. I can choose to see 4 weeks' of data and a 28-day average. That would be great if only I could isolate it to show just the higher HR zone. Does anyone know if that's possible?

 

Otherwise I'm stuck with writing it down each day and adding it up manually, which is tedious!
