How can I set up a Charge 3 with a broken screen?

My Fitbit screen isn’t working but will still show the smiley face after a restart. In an attempt to try to fix it I removed the Fitbit from my account. Is there a way to add it back since I can’t see the screen to get the code?

Thank you for the detailed information and for trying to fix it. Regarding your question, I'd like to let you know that if the screen or display of your Charge 3 isn't working, I believe you won't be able to set up your tracker again. Take into consideration that one step of the set up process is to receive the 3 digit code on the Charge 3 screen and enter this on the Fitbit App to complete the process.
