Hi there @Carolxi, thanks for stopping by.

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Please follow @SunsetRunner's recommendation or you can try the following:

1. Remove the old Charge 2 from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Charge 3 as a replacement.

Keep in mind that if you are going to use the same Fitbit email address you used to use with your Charge 2, all your previous data will be stored on your Fitbit account (since the day you linked your Charge 2 until now). Once the Charge 3 is paired to the account, your dashboard will start syncing and showing all the information tracked from your Charge 3.

If you don't want to see previous data and want to start from scratch with your Charge 3, you'll need to create a new account.

See page 7 of your User Manual. In Adding the Charge 3, you will be prompted to replace the Charge 2.

Hi Marre, I tried everything What partially worked was deleting my old fitbit, restarting the bluetooth, restarting new fitbit, and re-installing the fitbit app again. Nothing! Finally, I kept hitting different places on the app and something worked cause it started to update.
