I can’t locate in the updated Fitbit app where I can add/change/delete the alarm times for my Fitbit

Hello @jettfxr and welcome to the Community.  Please tap on the device/battery icon in the upper left of your app, then your Charge 2 tile.  You'll find the option to update your alarms there.
