I only get option on fitbit 3 to select running, walking and swimming. Is there a possibility to add different ones? Aqua aerobics, yoga, Pilates...

Help! I 😊

Can someone please tell me why the plus sign in my days of exercise bar has disappeared today out of nowhere?  I use it daily to enter my recumbent bike exercises because my Charge 3 never logs it accurately.  It is driving me crazy!  I swear I have tried everything.  This has never happened before.

Honestly, I've had problems with this in the past and I have found that
calling Fitbit is the quickest most reliable way to fix any issues that I
have. You may need to reset something and they walk you through the entire
process it's faster to do that than to try reaching out to people who may
not have the right answers. Good luck.

Ugh.  Thank you.  I figured it would come down to that.  So weird how it happened out of nowhere.

On the app, I don’t see the account icon or settings gear.  Please help!

Thanks

Click on exersises. Top right is a plus sign next to a round thing which
looks like a bomb. Click that and it opens the options.

Open the exercise section. On the top right you will see a clock click that
and it has options. Select the exercise that you want if the one that
you're interested in is not there you can always add it

I don't see this. I see the clock in the exercise section but when I
select it I get "run" with a map and a start button. This happens to me
all the time. My screens don't match other screens!

What am I doing on?

Great that you think it is possible to add / remove workouts in the app. But that is false. It is ONLY possible to do within the old web dashboard!

As others have stated, please fix this. This looks like an oversight.

On another note, it would also be great to be able to select from more than only 15 exercises. I will probably switch to something else because of this.

Ive tried everything to add bike to my Charge 3 including 2 sessions with representatives & going through all the online info & am stumped. Bike does NOT show up on my ios app under "auto Recognized Exercises" although it does show as the top one under Exercise Shortcuts.

It is not tracking & showing up on my ios app but walk does.

What am I doing wrong?
